H+M Company
H+M Company builds big box distribution centers, schools, and industrial plants. In 2004, BCI was hired to interview current and former customers and tell their stories in a newsletter sent to staff, vendors, and clients.

FedEx
In 2002, when the Customer & Revenue Systems division of FedEx Services launched its new 8-page employee newsletter, BCI was brought in to do the initial design, then to handle the research, writing, layout, printing, and fulfillment for each issue. The agency's work was so satisfactory that two other FedEx departments asked it to do their newsletters.

Kemmons Wilson Companies
In 2002, Kemmons Wilson Companies brought in BCI to produce promotional mailings for The Oaks, a new development of ranch-style condominiums in Schilling Farms in Collierville. The units sold so fast a second section was quickly added to the development. BCI was then brought back in to write articles for the homeowner's newsletter.

Charter School Resource Center
In 1998, BCI was contracted to form and operate a new nonprofit organization called the Charter School Resource Center of Tennessee. BCI created the group's newsletter, website, and multiple other materials. From the newsletter's first issue in June 1998 through the end of 2001, Dale Berryhill researched, wrote, and did layout of every issue, as well as handling printing and fulfillment to a statewide mailing list of around 10,000.

North Mississippi Medical Center
When the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo opened its new $38 million East Tower in 1997, the hospital published a special edition of its newsletter dedicated entirely to the new facility. BCI was brought in to research and write every article in the 12-page, tabloid-sized publication. The project involved interviewing physicians and other healthcare professionals on a wide variety of topics, then translating their comments into language understandable by the average person.
